Domestic flights from Hanoi (HAN) to Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) are booked independently by the traveler. Please notify the operations team of your flight schedule at least 7 days prior to travel to coordinate private airport transfers. A midday flight departing around 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM is recommended to comfortably align with Day 3's afternoon city tour.
For the shared coach excursion to Halong Bay, pickup times vary by +/- 30 minutes due to city traffic. Guests must be waiting in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time; coaches will not wait longer than 5 minutes past pickup. Missed tours cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Maximum waiting time for private chauffeur airport pickups is 20 minutes from confirmed flight touchdown or lobby pickup schedule. Waiting time beyond this period will incur additional waiting charges payable directly.
Modest clothing covering shoulders and knees is strictly mandatory when visiting temples, pagodas, and mausoleums, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Thien Hau Pagoda, and Vinh Trang Pagoda.

Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email and verified through our operations desk. Eligible refunds are determined strictly by the timestamp of confirmed notification prior to the scheduled tour start date: 15 or more days prior to travel: 75% refund of total package cost (25% administrative & retention charge). 7 to 14 days prior to travel: 50% refund of total package cost. 3 to 6 days prior to travel: 25% refund of total package cost. Within 48 hours of travel or No-Show: Strictly non-refundable (100% cancellation charges apply). Third-party non-refundable components such as Halong Bay cruise seat allocations, non-refundable hotel room bookings at Little Diamond Hotel, attraction entrance tickets, and travel insurance policy fees are entirely exempt from refunds and will be deducted prior to assessing eligible refund percentages.
