The Superior Double Room at The Q Hotel Hanoi is a windowless urban room category; notify the operations team before travel if an exterior-window room upgrade is desired.
The HAN to DAD flight is booked independently. Notify the operations desk of your flight itinerary at least 7 days before departure. A midday departure flight, approximately 11:00 AM–1:30 PM, is recommended to align with check-in schedules.
Shared coach tours operate within a +/- 30-minute pickup window. Guests must wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time; coaches will not wait longer than 5 minutes past pickup. Missed tours cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Maximum waiting time for private airport transfers is 20 minutes from the confirmed flight touchdown or lobby pickup schedule. Additional waiting charges apply beyond this period.

The domestic direct flight from Hanoi (HAN) to Da Nang (DAD) takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
The ticket covers round-trip cable cars, the Golden Bridge, French Village, Luna Castle, and standard rides in Fantasy Park. Optional attractions such as the Wax Museum, Debay Wine Cellar, Alpine Coaster, and skill/prize arcade games require separate tickets purchased directly on-site.
Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email and verified through our operations desk. 15 or more days prior to travel: 75% refund of total package cost (25% administrative & retention charge). 7 to 14 days prior to travel: 50% refund. 3 to 6 days prior to travel: 25% refund. Within 48 hours of travel or No-Show: strictly non-refundable (100% cancellation charges apply). Third-party non-refundable components, including pre-issued Sun World Ba Na Hills passes, Halong Bay cruise seat allocations, non-refundable hotel room reservations at The Q Hotel Hanoi, attraction tickets, and travel insurance policy fees, are exempt from refunds and will be deducted prior to assessing eligible refund percentages.
